We really love these wonderful drafty temperaments, the great bone and the smooth ride on these gentle giants is a nice compliment to the Curlies and we really appreciate all that the Perchersons have to contribute.
We have just two Curly Percherons here at this time. They are very rare Curly world!

This high quality, big, sturdy colt is offered for sale, his 2006 full brother is now a member of a family with allergies and he is a wonderful riding horse. He is also pictured below.

2000 - 2009 (deceased). Mostly Percheron mare, 16.1 hands. Bloom was the dam of four very Curly Percheron offpsring:

*Sky lives in Kentucky, *Planet has been gelded and now lives in Texas. *Sonic is in Saskatchewan. *Sailor has been gelded has gone to Kentucky.
Bloom did not appear to be a Curly herself, yet both of her first two foals were very very Curly and their sire is a registered Percheron. The next two (2006 and 2007) were sired by *Sandman so no surprise that they are Curlies. Her 2008 foal is a lovely Curly filly - sired by the homozygous Curly stallion *BNC Custer's Kid.
Bloom had curls in part of her mane and I had several allergy sufferers confirm what my allergic daughter told me that Bloom appeared to be hypoallergenic.
Bloom was trained to ride and was always been a gentle giant about everything - never putting one of those HUGE feet out of place. She is sorely missed here.

2001 Percheron/Canadian mare, stands 15.1 hands. Summer is a favorite riding horse and has also attended a few shows and done very well.

*Tony is a lovely crossing of our *Sandman and our Canadian/Percheron mare Sum R Canadian (pictured above). *Tony is quite a big boy – will mature to at least 15.2 hh and he will be a big and stout without being too drafty or heavy.
*Tony is a lovely mover, has excellent conformation and bone and he will be one of those once in a lifetime horses, with his incredible, sweet, curious temperament. He is eligible to be registered with the ICHO. He is sold. Congratulations Marnie and family!
